At our breakfast buffet, we focus on sustainable, regional products and, alongside classic options, also offer vegan, gluten-free, and organic alternatives.
At breakfast, our guests can enjoy a wide selection of bread and pastries, including croissants. We provide a variety of cheeses and cold cuts as well as warm egg dishes and bacon.
Our selection is complemented by fresh fruit, vegetables, yoghurt, muesli, and plant-based alternatives. Detox water and other beverages are also available.
A special highlight is our fresh pancakes, prepared directly in the pancake machine and refined with a range of toppings such as honey from the Vienna Woods, syrup, and fresh fruit.
